Varam irikkal by Brahma Shri.Vadakkedam Arun Nambuthri

Karthika vaaram is observed on the Karthika Nakshatram of every Malayalam month. A ritual by name 'Vaaram irikkal'is observed in the evening after 'deepaaradhana' and a 'Vaara sadhya' is offered to the Goddess during the 'Neivedyam' of the 'athaazha pooja'. Hundreds of devotees partake in the prasaadam ootu' (Vaara sadhya) at night after the 'athaazha shiveli'.
